YouTube is back breaking work

I was in agony. I couldn’t bend over without feeling like my lower back was plotting to kill me…

Don’t let the YouTube grind do this to YOU…

I’ve been suffering from some annoying back pain for the past few months.

The worst part was when I was working out and my back decided to betray me and everything we’ve built together.

My lower back kinda gave out…

I’m not sure what it was but now I’m convinced that I aged 60 years overnight.

But, it didn’t end there:

After a week or so of taking it easy, the terrible pain decided to leave and pack it’s bags.

The thing is, I was left with an annoying minor ache in my upper back.

Not nearly as bad as the pain I felt that day when my lower back did it’s thing…but still annoying.

In fact, I’m pretty sure my back hasn’t been 100% since sometime last year…

Anyways, I thought I could share a lesson from my pain…so you don’t make the same mistakes I did.

Today I went to the GP.

(if you’re American, I have NO IDEA what the equivalent thing is over there…it’s a doctor, that’s all you need to know)

She shared some wonderful gems with me that I’m now going to pass along to you.

I essentially learned that sitting down for 3 hours to edit a bunch of videos without a break isn’t good for my back.

Instead, you should get up now and again – move about and all that.

WOW!

Who would’ve known, right?

I mean, of course NOW it seems OBVIOUS…in hindsight.

But, the thing is:

I didn’t know that it was so simple before 🙁

I thought that buying a chair that was “good for my back” was good enough to keep my back happy.

My back says I should have done better research…

That’s how I feel about about building a successful YouTube channel too.

At first, it can seem IMPOSSIBLE.

You THINK you’re doing the right thing, but nothing seems to be working out…

But, when you follow a proven step-by-step system, it all becomes quite simple.

You discover all the mistakes you were making before and you fix em ASAP.

Then you can start working in the RIGHT direction towards your goals.

YES. You still have to actually do the WORK.

But, you can spend less time trying to figure out what works on YouTube and how to get people to your channel in the first place.

Would you like to be able to focus on making great content that people actually WANT to watch?

If so, you can use my “YouTube For Noobs” system which gives you a clear strategy and step-by-step roadmap.

Not to mention it also comes with a fool-proof action plan that will ensure your channel’s success…if you actually FOLLOW it…

And when you learn The BEST method to stay consistent with your uploads (I’ll show you how to work LESS days and put out MORE content!) in module 4…

Remember to get up and move about every now and again. Or your back may betray you too.
