You won’t get daily emails anymore, here’s why
Today I had a beautiful lie in…
That”s why you’re getting this email a little later than usual.
I feel a little guilty about all the extra sleep I treated myself to – but I’m here getting back to work regardless…
And, I made a few sales while I was sleeping so, it all worked out b.
I mean, what’s the point of working for yourself…if you cant have a lie in every now and then?
But, that’s not the point of this email…
Please DO NOT take my example as an excuse to snuggle in your bed instead of chasing your dreams…
If you haven’t achieved financial freedom yet, you should be TRYING to work harder than me…
You probably can’t (yes, that’s a challenge big man) but TRYING will put you ahead of MOST people.
The thing is:
I only got up late today because I went bed late yesterday…
But, I wasn’t up all night clapping off head tops in Battlefield 5, no.
I was up MAKING MUSIC BABY.
Trying to get this melody just right… etc. etc.
You know how it goes…or maybe you don’t?
Let me explain:
The songwriting process is so beautiful… (my process would look ugly af to outsiders though)
You basically just test out a bunch of stuff until you get something that hits you like woiiiiii and makes you do the stank face.
Sometimes, it takes days to get to that point…
Sometimes, it takes minutes…
But, the final result of creating something amazing out of NOTHING is ALWAYS worth it.
Trial and error…
Educated guesses…
It seems like pretty much EVERYTHING in life can be approached this way.
You have to:
Try.
Fail.
Win.
Repeat until you succeed at reaching your goal.
There are NO SHORTCUTS b (except learning from the mistakes of others and taking an online course etc. – there is NO MAGIC BULLET).
Only perseverance in the face of defeat.
You CANNOT SKIP THE WORK.
Staying in the game long enough, is how you win.
Anyways, I also want to take this opportunity to share a quick update you’ll want to know about…
