The C Word Is Making New YouTubers Angry

This word has become so common that many YouTubers are sick of hearing it…

But the thing is, it doesn’t matter how much you hate the truth… it doesn’t stop being the truth.

Any smart YouTuber who’s done their research will have come across many people preaching about this C word – and for good reason…

And I’ve seen comments from people moaning that this C word has become so common that it’s not necessary to say anymore.

But that couldn’t be farther from the truth…

Just in case you haven’t caught on by now – the C word we’re talking about is: CONSISTENCY.

Consistency is a boring and common answer for any new YouTuber wondering how to grow their channel…

But honestly, consistency is one of the most important qualities you can have when trying to achieve ANYTHING.

Consistency can transform you from a novice to a professional…

But there’s more…

Generally the more content you put out, the faster you will grow.

So consistently releasing 5 videos a week will get you different results than releasing 1 video.

Staying consistent is not only important for building your skills – it’s also necessary for helping your audience to get into the habit of watching your videos.

Let me explain.

When the final season of Game Of Thrones is released this year, I am going to be watching every single episode (as should you – GOT is awesome).

I expect to be able to watch every episode on Monday when I wake up. Because episodes are released super late (for me in the UK) on Sunday night.

But If I get up on Monday and my beloved Game Of Thrones is nowhere to be seen – I’m going to be pissed and disappointed.

Because my expectation has been shattered.

The consistency I expected and trusted is now gone.

This is how your viewers may feel when you aren’t consistent with your schedule.

It makes it hard for people to commit to watching your videos when you can’t commit to releasing videos on a consistent basis.

Instead, you want to make it as easy as possible for a viewer to catch your latest upload.

You want to make it easy for people to make watching your videos a weekly habit.

That’s how you keep people coming back to your channel for years to come…

You can discover some effective methods that you can use to stay consistent and never miss an upload in “YouTube For Noobs”.
